Danish musician and surrealist painter, born 1960 at the island of Funen. Having fronted or co-fronted various alternative acts in the coastal city of Nyborg from the late 70s and unwards, 1989 Fuhr formed his own band, Pafpetakel. Ranging from spoken word over more or less classic pop and jazz to experimental Pafetakel - and Fuhr - has a quite unique place in Danish music. Lars Fuhr is a central figure around the psychedelic music festival at Funen, the Kildemose Festival.
