Silver sleeve printed on one side by letterpress, with a recycled paper sleeve glued inside. There are only 11 tracks on the disc, the sleeve, which numbers tracks from 1 to 12, has a section cut out where track 5 would have been named. "Tracks 1 to 6 recorded live to 4 track by Alc5 on the 6-2-06" (I assume this means tracks 1 to 5.) Neither band name nor title is obvious.
