According to Gary Constant owner of 'Ockard Riddim' label Lauren Shelton was raised in Oxford until 8 years old then moved to Wimbledon, London. She moved to America late 1980's and lived in Atlanta for 25 years. She came back to England December 2013. Her first cousin is Honey Boy (Williams).
