Chilean folklore singer, composer, writer and musician. Brother of Violeta Parra, Nicanor Parra, Hilda Parra, Roberto Parra, Lalo Parra. He formed once the group "Los Viejos Parra" with brother Lalo Parra and went in exil and left Chile since the arrive of Augusto Pinochet in 1973. Born 1928 in Chillán, he died 2013 in Sweden.
