After his departure from Psychopathic Records due to business disagreements, Lavel decided to release a mixtape mainly taking shots at Violent J and at times was dissing other artist from Psychopathic Records. The controversial mixtape also features some bonus tracks from other artists without permission, songs and skits such as "Nuttin but a bitch thing" by ICP, "Ken Kaniff (skit)" from The Marshall Mathers LP by Eninem, "UNtwizted" by Myzery, "Welcome to Detroit City" by Obie Trice, "I'm from Detroit" by Tone Tone, Picasso and Chedda Boy Malik , "Beef" by Tech N9ne and "Whack Rappers" by Afroman. This CD is out-of-print along with his second installment Diamond Cutz Vol. 2.
