'Le Club Des 100 Watts' was a Quebec French language children's television program produced by Radio-Québec (later Télé-Québec) and aired from 1988 to 1995. The show was hosted by Marc-André Coallier, who played the role of a teenager living in an haunted house (though the concept was explored only more or less over the years). The episodes alterned between dramatizations with young actors (such as Antoine Mongrain, Vincent Lemay-Thivierge and Sarah-Jeanne Salvy), several sketches performed by actors such as Marc Labrèche (Le Prof Bof) and Sylvie-Marie Gagnon (Marie-Denise), many interludes featuring kids / teenagers performing different activities, games and contests (such as the famous lipsync contest), and a few animated sequences like the cartoons of Mordillo. Marc-André Coallier left in 1994. He was replaced by Jean-Marie Lapointe (the son of Jean Lapointe),but the relaunch of the show failed and it was cancelled in 1995.
