Leaderdogs for the Blind was a Christian rock band, formed by Lyndon Perry, who was the guitar and backup vocals. The band members were Derek Cilibraise - lead vocals, Andrew Barancik - bass, Grant Mohrman - guitar, the drums were programed by Grant Mohrman and Lyndon Perry. Leaderdogs for the Blind formed in 1993. In 1995, they released the album Lemonade, named after the band's favorite drink. The album combined Soundgarden-styled grunge with some sampling and industrial effects. The band received moderate air play on Christian based radio stations after they signed with R.E.X. Records. Not long after the release of the album, the band became defunct. In 2002, however, Lyndon Perry reformed the band with new members, but shortened their name to "Leaderdogs" in deference to the Rochester Hills, Michigan-based guide dog organization "Leaderdogs for the Blind". As of 2009, no new release has surfaced and nothing more has been heard from the reformed band.
