Leah Goldberg (born May 29, 1911, Königsberg, Germany [now Russia], died January 15, 1970, Jerusalem, Israel) was a popular Hebrew poet, author, playwright, literary translator, and lecturer ay Hebrew University. Many of her poems have been set to music and she is usually credited for lyrics.
