Recorded live on May 19 & 20, 2010 at the Pizza Express Jazz Club in Soho, London. From the liner notes: "These musical selections were taken from four separate shows and over six hours of music ... This was the first time that these four musicians performed together as a unit and the recording was completely spontaneous in nature. There was no rehearsal, plan, or preconceived notion of the music's end result."
