This was an EP recorded by an early incarnation of Left Orbit Temple, who were calling themselves Ice-Nine at the time. A different band had used the name Ice-Nine, so when McGuinness and Levi departed the project, Teitelbaum changed the band name to Left Orbit Temple and continued with new additional musicians, including A. Sam Pleur. After the success of Left Orbit Temple's Prolusion CD in 2000, this earlier unissued EP was retitled "The Ice-Nine EP" and was finally released on the internet in 2007.
