Split release between Repulsion Records (US) and Snuffy Smiles (Japan). The US version has the same artwork as a black and white cover, with most copies missing the Japanese symbols on the front (like this version). The back cover has each band's track listing next to their respective photos, with a Repulsion Records logo on the bottom left hand corner. There is a black and white typed insert that has the same information as the hand-written back cover of the Japanese version. Both the US and Japanese versions have the same center labels.
