Album includes a Shelter Records "egg crate" photo sleeve. 10X10 printed lyric sheet included. Produced April 1969. Released 1971 with upside down Superman S on egg logo. This version has logo left of center hole. Other Los Angeles pressing (Asylum Choir II) is a repress with logo at top of label with "blacked out" "S". Black bar placed across S logo mid 1972 as a result of DC Comics lawsuit.
