Leroy "Happy Fats" Leblanc (January 30, 1915 Rayne, Louisiana – February 23, 1988 Rayne, Louisiana ) was a Cajun swing musician that recorded with RCA Records in the 1930s and 1940s. He is known for his recordings with Harry Choates and his broadcasts on KVOL. Next to the Hackberry Ramblers, the Rayne-Bo Ramblers was the most popular and innovative of the Cajun string bands.
