Les premiers membres des Flics (Christian Rosset, Bruno Lefaivre et Lilian Picard) se rencontrent au lycée Jeanne D’Arc à Rouen. Sous influence Wire, PIL, ils traînent , comme d’autres groupes, dans le secteur du légendaire disquaire Mélodies Massacre. La formation se modifiera par la suite , et prendra tour à tour le nom de Blameless Act puis Tupelo Soul. Bandes inédites !
