Les Frères À Ch'val are a Quebec band founded by , former Dédé Traké band members, Polo Bellemare and Thibaud de Corta . The original line up also included François Lalonde, Gilles Brisebois and Mara Tremblay. There sound is an eclectic mix of styles, combining rock, reggae, calypso, pop and country. After several successful radio hits" Ma Belle Barbie", "l'Été", "Cauchemar", the group released there debut album "Ç'pas Grave". In the winter 1997, two founding members, Thibaud de Corta and Mara Tremblay decided to leave the band.Denis Lavigne,Paul Boudreault and François Robichaud joined the band as replacements for the second albums.This album also produced the band biggest success to date the song "Mon Voisin". The group continued with this different alignment,Catherine Ledoux replace Paul and Alain Quirion replace Francois on third album and play live until 2000. In late 2002, Polo invited some members of the Fiesta Mania Banda to him and his cronies from Les Frères À Ch'val to perform with them for two shows at Club Soda in Montreal. He took the opportunity to record and release the shows as a live double album "Polo et les Frères LIVE" that includes both a CD and a DVD, a memorable souvenir of the evening. In 2017 Catherine Ledoux and Denis Lavigne rejoined the band for live performance with Frank, Gilles and Polo.......more to come....
