Rock & Roll / Beat band from Granby, Québec (Canada). They gained popularity during the Yé-Yé wave of Pop music. Known aliases : Angel's Rocks / Les Beat Boys / Les Incontestables In 1964 founding member Jean-Pierre Taschereau (vocals, guitar) and Makadam parted ways, Jean-Jacques Bazinet took on the role, with Guy Labossière adding organ and a second guitar. Their first hit single was a francophone adaptation of "Girl" by The Beatles, released in 1966 under the monicker Les Macadams. They had been offered a deal by by Pierre Labelle of Les Baronets. Taschereau would later return to the group but the band folded up in 1969.
