Single JM 1963 on Rolando & Powie label
Reggae (Ska)
Pretty sure that A side title should be "Pipe Dream." Perhaps that means it was issued before the title was changed to "Clean The City" and it was re-issued on D. Darling label with same matrix. The original cut of "Pipe Dream" is by Jimmy Beck & His Orchestra on Champion 7" from 1959. Written by Alan Bubis. Beck's cut was pressed in Jamaica by Continental on 45.
