Leszek Bogdanowicz, alias Bob Roy, properly Bogusław Grzyb ✰ February 25, 1934, Czarnków ✞ August 2, 1984 in Warsaw Polish composer, guitarist, arranger and conductor. 1959 - he became a co-founder (along with Franciszek Walicki) of the first Polish band rock & roll. He was also the musical director. This group, founded in Gdansk, called Rhythm And Blues, active until 1960. 1963 - he teamed up with the Orchestra of Polish Radio Studio M-2. Composer of many hits for Polish singers (Irena Jarocka, Halina Kunicka, Maryla Rodowicz, Jerzy Połomski, Irena Santor) and other artists.
