The release comes in a 6-panel Digipak with a transparent tray in the middle, a slot for the booklet on the left panel. A sticker on the packaging film indicates that this release is the limited edition of the album including 4 bonus tracks. The booklet contains all lyrics. The bonus tracks are: Track 9 "Asche", track 15 "Welche Wahrheit?", track 17 "Blind (Live)", and track 18 "Winterträne (Live)".
