William Watson

A.k.a. William Watson

William Watson was born in Broughty Ferry, Scotland, and was educated in Edinburgh at the Royal High School and the University, graduating with B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Genetics. He received his early vocal training in Edinburgh, and has been a pupil of John Carol Case and Raimund Herincx. He now lives and works in Aberdeen, and appears regularly as soloist with choral societies in Scotland. He has also given solo recitals and has taken part in the St. Magnus Festival in Orkney. He has sung leading roles in local operatic productions. particularly those of the Haddo House Choral & Operatic Society.
