Lijn 12 originated in Antwerp (Belgium) in the year 2005 when both members started experimenting with sounds. In the same year Lijn 12 released Naamloos 1, a carton sleeve CDR, very limited. At the end of 2007 the next CDR was finished and named Pleur. The music of Lijn 12 is a mix of dark ambient, noise, industrial and other unorthodox genres.
