Pure visual design. When The Artwork is "OPEN", is composed by the following elemnts, with their related functions: A vinyl, hosted in a mono-cromatic folder, contain a UNIQUE record cutting, ready to be played. A printed glass, conceived as a SCREEN for enviromental light projecton. Alchemical Textual documents (G.Kremmerz). HOW TO USE THIS "ENVIROMENTAL SOUND OBJECT" as private audio installation: Open the display frame from the back, and extract the vinyl record and the printed glass. Use the printed glass as a screen for enviromental light projecton. using a lamp (or a flashlight), in a dark room, to project all around the shadows of the sepulcral branch tree, during the playing sessions of the entire record. Limited edition of 50 hand numbered copies for each volume, signed by thge author. Fine art realised on demand: the conceptual sound-artwork is composed by a 15X15 inch display frame (ready to be attach to the wall), a printed glass, a 5 panels printed cardboard and insert, a 12 inch vinyl. Every copy of the vinyl is unique, recorded as one of a kind, one by one. Two millimeters black vinyl, highly precision and craft work for high quality product. Catlogue: R.M.L.E.O.O.A.K.V.E.004 _______________________________________________ Limbo è un'entità artistica da tempo definitivamente estinta e questo lavoro non ne annuncia il ritorno. "Unholy Rituals" non è una ristampa, non è un'antologia, ne' una raccolta di inediti, ma una quadrilogia di demix equament...e ripartita in due album distinti. La pratica del demix si differenzia significativamente da quella più nota del remix per procedura formale e finalità estetiche. Mentre il remix interviene sulle singole tracce originali che compongono un brano per fornirne una versione alternativa, il demix decontestualizza intere porzioni audio ricontestualizzandole secondo criteri "altri" rispetto alle fonti. Così, per realizzare queste composizioni ho utilizzato in parte sound sources estratte dalla prima produzione di Limbo e in parte dall'opera di altri artisti che ho selezionato in base a criteri di prossimità estetica. Privati del loro contesto originario i singoli samples sono stati poi organizzati per gruppi in forma di audio cut ups. Ciò che si può ascoltare qui non è "un vecchio disco" di Limbo, perchè prima d'ora Limbo non si era mai manifestato in queste forme. Ma non si tratta precisamente neppure di "un nuovo disco" dal momento che esso è materialmente l'esito combinatorio di elementi preesistenti. [...]
