Conductor and trombonist from El Salvador, born 1915, died 2008. Composer of classic big band cumbia "Cumbia en do menor". Besides from playing and conducting he was an active member and co-founder of Salvadorian rights societies UGASAL and SACIM. Owner of label Discolito.
