LIVE FROM LAS VEGAS are live from Las Vegas and sound like a bloody car accident between Frank Zappa and Motörhead. The live-shows of the four rock'n'roll-softies are short, focused, risk-free and preferably ending with a mint candy for everybody. From the remains of the legendary american artpunk band "The Verzerrerschnitzel" a new, yet uncompromising combo was formed; the genius of Dilettantism chopped on the top drawers. Syd Beck and Mike Beat met at the Berkeley University in California, however, both broke off their studies to be wholly devoted to the music. In Las Vegas they met Dresen through the ad "loud, hard, aggressive drummer up for grabs" ; Billy Boston joined in first as a roadie and driver on their tour in Australia, even before he decided to grasp the mic himself and let the last vestiges of his bourgeois existence go through the meat grinder. Altogether they are loud, outrageous and greasy like a trucker's breakfast. These dudes do sound horrible, they look and smell like it too and are absolutely filthy....................
