Locco is an artist that has always been in the music sence of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He started writing back in 1985 when he first heard the soul caughting tunes of hip hop it triggered the drive to be a hip hop artist. To him it was at that moment he set out on his mission to let everyone that he came across hear what he had heard within his head for years. His drive and determenation pushed him to doing talent shows in high school and open mics in clubs around the city inwhich he was too young to get in. But they still let him in because they knew where he was tring to go. So over the years he has accomplished a great deal of regional succes with his first album "Interstate" with he dropped back in 1998 as one half of the group "OCB". The album was headed to the top with the first singles " Flossin" which featured Lil Wayne of Cash Money Records (which was the first feature from a cash money artist).Young Bleed of No Limit Records on "What's That Game Like" and other artist on the label. The album quickly became one of the best albums in the southern region. that lead to J Prince of Rap-A-Lot Records calling them to feature on his 2000 release "Realist Ni--a Down South" which featured such artist as: Ludachris, The Hot Boys, Scarface, Duracell, C-Loc, Tela, UGK, Three Six Mafia, Goodie Mob, Fat Pat, and more. with the song on the album "It Goes Down" let the world know that OCB was coming. but right before his big break at all came trumbleling down with the arrest of his ceo's it seemed like the dream was over. But Locco had another plan that he would take it has a stepping stone and move on and move on he did. He put his other talents in to effect and started producing and engineering for other artists across Louisiana
