Recorded at Club Quattro, Nagoya on the 28th of June 2002. Track 19 is misprinted on the rear cover as "Fake Somebody (Real Somebody)" it is in fact Fake Somebody (Real Nobody). Track 5 is misspelled "Afterkife In Purgatory" on this version. The UK version is dedicated to Jesus Pintado, he died after this version was released but before the UK reissue. Track 20 Cascade Leviathan is silent from 3:47 - 4:05 then Tomas thanks the crowd, then there is silence again from 4:14 - 4:21. "Loaned Sample" is printed on the disc centre. Tracks: 5,6,8,10,11,13,16,17,18 are published by Prophecies Publishing. Licensed From Shane Embury. In the booklet of this version the band photos are swapped, the last two pages are them playing live while the centre picture is them posing with their names captioned underneath. This version has no barcode. Comes with an OBI strip.
