Includes an 8.5" x 11" insert with release notes on one side and the lyrics printed in a cyrillic type of font on the other side. This listing is for the original 2001 pressing. Hand numbered edition of 1000 copies but most were destroyed / damaged and discarded. Approximately 50-75 copies were sold or given away. About 25-30 of those copies included a poster. About half of them had shrink wrap on them but they were all opened to insert the lyric sheet. A few copies had liner notes pasted over the credits on the back. All songs written and performed by Vincent Presley except Dying Inside written by Renaldo & The Loaf (used with permission). All vintage synthesizers recorded straight to tape.
