Musician, arranger, producer and sound engineer. Born March 21st, 1955. Loris is son of the legendary maestro Leo Ceroni who fed him with bread and music since his early days. Loris was not comfortable at school so his dad; recognising in his son a talented musician with the passion for the bass guitar, pulled him away from his classroom and enrolled him in his Leo Ceroni Orchestra and in The Blackmen mk2. Since that moment during their live performances the two used to battle one against the other. While Leo was playing on the fisa with the keys covered by a blanket, his son Loris did the virtuosistic solo part on the bass guitar, melting them with pyrotechnic solo solos like the Migliavacca and the Flight of the bumble bee. This way Loris has the possibility to show his incredible technic and skills. Ceroni wanted more than just playing bass, so he began piano lessons, and he studied it in Imola for 8 years having private lessons and doing the conservatorio exams. After a lost interest in the instrument he moved on to learn the double bass, a choice that changed his life; graduating in double bass at the Conservatory of Pesaro After great success as a record producer in Latin America and the United States, has opened LE DUNE RECORDING STUDIO where he works for the biggest latin american and italian singers such as: Reyli Barba, OV7, Alejandra Guzmán, Fey, Xana (2) and others, there are collaborations with leading Italian artists such as Anna Oxa, Quintorigo, John De Leo and Dio della Love. Currently, Loris is working and colaborating for multinationals such as Sony Music, Universal, Warner, BMG.
