1960s conjunto / later early Tejano group that formed around 1964 in the Rio Grande Valley in the McAllen - Pharr, Texas - area. Started of as CARLOS GUZMAN Y SU CONJUNTO, which later split into just LOS FABULOSOS 4 (or CUATRO), and CARLOS GUZMAN as a solo artist. Several of the band members went on to also play in LOS UNICOS, starting in 1970.
