Los Niños de Sara are cousins from Nimes, France, who have been playing together since they were 14 years old. Described as a cross between the Gipsy Kings and Buena Vista Social Club, the group’s blend of rhumba and flamenco music features a touch of North African influence. The band are : Antoine Contreras, Ramón Compas, Santiago Lorente, Coco After backing some of the greatest names in flamenco, including Manitas de Plata and Paco de Lucía, they formed the critically acclaimed, platinum-selling group Alabína, featuring vocalist Ishtar, which topped the World Music and Latin charts in Billboard magazine with its unique combination of flamenco music and Arabic vocals. Los Niños de Sara are: guitarist and lead vocalist Tonio, guitarists Santi and Ramón, and percussionist Coco.
