Ecuatorian brothers Marco Oswaldo, Luis Enrique and Juan Ernesto Trujillo Echanique are better well known for their Christmas Carols album as "Los Pibes Trujillo". The artistic name of the group (Pibes Trujillo) was inherited from one first intent that formed their father with a close relative. Their artistic beginnings were given at "Pablo Julián Gutiérrez" school, in "America" neighborhood of Quito downtown. Their musical leap gave them from the school to the Perpetual Socorro Church in the same neighborhood, the church organist encouraged them to sing Christmas Carols. They were announced in some radio shows in Quito (Radio Tarqui), as well as in broadcast of other radio stations such as Radio Democracia (Quito), Radio Cristal (Guayaquil), Emisora El Prado (Riobamba) and even in the "Julio César Hidalgo" coliseum in Quito. They become known by Segundo Bautista, a non-seer artist that performs keyboards and guitar with whom they recorded a tape demo for send it to Mr. José Domingo Feraud Guzmán (founder of J. D. Feraud Guzman Recordings) in Guayaquil city, they recorded in 1961 a Long Play album in which were included 10 Chrismas Carols tracks, also recorded 5 mini discs of 45 RPM. Their only and unique album printed and titled "Dulce Jesus Mio" becomes a classic Christmas Carols in Ecuador that practically has been immortalized into the whole Ecuatorian music. Unfortunately the Trujillo brothers in their childhood didn't had the professional support to continue their career, according to themselves they had too much regret with an uncle of them that was their "manager", this man was acting without scruple (because they were orphans of father and mother), exploited them in such a way that they did not perceive any money gain, yet being the main stars of the spectacle.
