Flexi disc which was included in Andy Warhol's Index (book/ multimedia package, published by Black Star Books in 1967). Some sources say released in February 1967 - BEFORE The Velvet Underground & Nico was released - others say November (after). This is a one-sided 7 inch cardboard picture disc of Lou (portrait by Billy Name). Other side is blank,devoid of both audio and artwork. Audio is a recording of some Factory regulars talking and reacting to the book; the Velvet Underground can be heard in the background.
