Loud "N" Proud is a Hardrock/ Heavy Metal band formed in Borås (Sweden) in spring of 2013 by guitarist Kennet Dahlberg and drummer Andreas "Khörven (Sausage)" Nilsson. Both decided it was time to join forces and Rock again. Andreas had previously been active as a singer in various hardcore bands in Gothenburg (Sweden) during mid-2000. Later after trying out different people Körven and Kennet met Jimmy Donai, a perfectly talented guitarist this band needs. Jimmy fit like a glove and shared the same dreams as Khörven and Kennet. Most important! He wasn't afraid of loud amps and screaming guitars. Jimmy had known the badass drummer Mike Wrzos for some years that had a hidden talent; he was born with a badass voice as well. Mike agreed to share his vocal cores with the band. He screamed as loud as we wanted him to scream and sang as loud as we wanted him to sing. Mike became our fourth member. After bass player Marcus "Bacon" Jacobson left the band (back then called Dirty Laundry) in autumn 2014 and "The glove of Rock N Roll needs five fingers) Jimmy’s twin brother Denny Donai showed up to rehearsal one day, grabbed the bass and have been the foundation of thunder ever since. A new lineup and change of name have now become Loud "N" Proud. Why Loud "N" Proud? Stupid question! It is very simple, we are extremely proud to turn the volume up and play LOUD! We aren't proud to do our dirty laundry, that’s why we have private servants in charge of our laundry. We do what we do best. We play Rock N Roll!.
