A.k.a. Louis Simon Alphonse Leon Schwarz
Dutch pianist, songwriter, lyricist and singer. (1896-1986) His most famous composition is probably Bij Ons In De Jordaan (by Johnny Jordaan), one from the Great Dutch Songbook. In 1947 he founded the Louis Noiret Music Publishing House (a.k.a. Louis Noiret's Music at Discogs) which still exists today.
