The “Old Swede“ Love Persson was born in Mora, Sweden. He studied double bass in Göteborg with Ferdinand Lipa and, after his studies, played for half a year at the Göteborg Opera. Following this, he worked for five years in the Symphonic Orchestra Helsingborg.
