Album US 1989 on Westwood One label
Rock and R&B/Soul (Alternative Rock)
The Love & Rockets performance was recorded on December 5, 1987, at the Bren Events Center, Irvine, CA. Most tracks from this recording have been officially released as b-sides or bonus tracks, but "Inside the Outside", "Haunted When the Minutes Drag", and "Ball of Confusion" remain exclusive to the Westwood One recording. There is an error on the printed Westwood One track listing. The first three songs on side 1 are as follows: "Mirror People", "Inside the Outside", and "Haunted When the Minutes Drag". "The Light" is not included on this recording. It is possible that there are also errors in the Living Colour track listing, but I don't know enough about Living Colour to verify the track listing. Though not included on this release, the performance of "No New Tale to Tell" from this concert is available on both the "Rock & Roll Babylon" single as well as the "5 Albums" box set. Additionally, it is possible that the performance of "The Light" from this concert is available on a different Westwood One In Concert release (featuring the BoDeans instead of Living Colour).
