German Dark Wave/Neo-Classical band, formed in 1990. It was named after the 1969 Fassbinder film "Liebe ist kälter als der Tod". Love Is Colder Than Death split in 2011. In 2012 Maik Hartung announced the band's return with a new lineup. Anja Herrmann and Ulrich Stornowski left the band again in 2013. Since then Love Is Colder Than Death consists of Maik Hartung and Ralf Jehnert.
