Luís Calçada

Luís Calçada studied Physics/Applied Math (Astronomy), but eventually gave up on the idea of becoming a real scientist. Got his first real job in a science centre in Portugal, where for 6 years he discovered, developed and matured skills in visual science communication. At the moment he works at ESO's Education and Public Outreach Department in Munich. Luís is also a musician and session guitar player.
