A.k.a. Luis Humberto Delgado-Aparicio Porta
Was a Peruvian politician, known for his passion for salsa music and brother of jazz prodigy pianist Jaime Delgado Aparicio. In 1982 he conducted the radio show Sabatino "Maestra Vida" by Radiomar FM. Subsequently he entered the TV through Channel 9 Andina de Televisión (now ATV) conducting a musical program whose name was similar to the radio program. In both cases, it presented musical exclusiveness in the salsa genre. Subsequently, from 1984 he realized Salsa Festivals, where the main salsa orchestras of the country were presented. Events that he called "Dance with SARAVÁ", the same ones that were carried out in the main populous neighborhoods of Lima and Callao.
