Luis Rueda

voc, acg,
Musician of Rock, Latin, Alternative and Blues
A.k.a. Luis Ricardo Rueda Romero

Luis Rueda began to invent to the 13 years, when it learned to play the guitar. After a month he composed his first song and at 14 he already had a band, SAK, it was 1987 and Guayaquil a complicated and rough place for rock. With SAK [luis Rueda: voice and guitar, Raúl Rueda: bass, Víctor Chiriboga: guitar and Ernesto Lamilla: Batería] Lucho and company gave their first pininos and edited their first work, a vinyl called Hipermeticadictivo to his 19 years of age. This group was the embryo of what would be its flagship band La Trifullka [luis Rueda: voice and acoustic guitar, Raúl Rueda: bass, Xavier VonBuchwald: guitar, Jorge Pauta: acoustic guitar and Christian Freire: His footprint in the history of Ecuadorian rock, obtaining great popularity in almost 8 years of constant work and with which he obtained important achievements like to have participated of numerous concerts even in the legendary Rock to the Park in the 97 and to have published three discs under the name Of this formation and to enjoy its excesses and fame, the first Mucha Rabia edited by the record MTM, whose promotional single The Masters of Love (the hair fifth) rankeó in the first positions nationwide, the second album The Placebo Effect is probably The black disc of the grouping and where there is a cover of the successful subject of Aladino (the magician of the rocola): Penas. For the year 2001 Lucho Rueda made a trip to Spain, where he lived for a while and gave voice to the Madrid band Elecktra, editing an album (EP) called Cero, the same one that did not prosper due to the accent "not very Spanish" or Accent "sudaca" of Lucho. On his return, he reunited the already unstable Trifullka and made his third album Calamidad Domestica (masterpiece) edited by IFESA. Almost immediately after the release of the album the internal problems resurfaced and their final dissolution was resolved. In 2003 "appears" a compilation album titled The Rearvisor 1995-2003, (apparently it is an unofficial album). And so ends the story of La Trifullka, but not that of Lucho ... After the separation of the Trifullka, a new trip appears in the way of Lucho, and invites him to meddle in the land gaucha. Thus mutating but not loosing remained faithful to its cause and it is in Argentina where he records and gives life to his first solo work, Yo Lucho and the rest Rueda in 2006. Return to the BananaRepublik, he makes the respective promotion of the album and his name As a rock man it takes strength and independence. At the end of 2008 the desire for composition resurfaced in Lucho and formed his new project Luis Rueda & El Feroz Tren Expreso. Marking a not so solo solo stage, where the band work is accentuated and aligns with a more raw sound. After two years of working, spinning all over the country, composing, putting two singles on TV, producing and blowing his head in the middle of the rock and roll route, his album called Caldo de Cultivo comes to light. There are 10 themes where the evil is intact, where irreverence predominates in each letter. The Broth of Cultivation is, exactly the extract of years of trajectory, of searches and disagreements, of emotions and questionings. One of the most surprising features in this work is the absence of ballads, all of them are blunt subjects, in which Luis in charge of the guitar, maintains, polishes and makes clear his possibility of reinventing, giving his habitual followers a concentrated Who knows Rueda, with his own brand and taste. In 2010 the Train becomes the Feroz Trio Expreso and the national significance of the Cul de Caldo makes the band embark on a national tour of 15 concerts in addition to being invited to participate in the most important festivals of Ecuador: Festivalfff in Ambato, Quito-Fest in the capital and Rock Week in Guayaquil, a performance that was used as a platform for the recording that gives life to his latest proposal. The live album titled Yo en Vivo collects the most significant of all his works, shaping the energy and delivery of the Guayaquil public, in an unprecedented attendance concert. In 2011 Lucho Rueda changed his place of residence, making Quito his new operations center and realizes his new National Tour Yo en Vivo Tour participating in the farewell tour of the Spanish band Los Ilegales, also shared the stage next to the Puerto Rican street 13 at Alberto Spencer Stadium. 2012 is a year of dedication for Lucho Rueda, affirming himself as a musician, producer and even premiering as a TV driver. With its program El Alternador that provides a space to national bands and cultural projects, spreading the slogan of the program "what is well done." He also "cares" with great devotion his bad reputation and prefers to go through life without hypocrisy. He is married to Argentina's Karina Paludi, whom he met in Buenos Aires in 2004. "My wife is very nice, super-acolyte." He also has a musical studio: AlMango, named it because the house where it works is surrounded by mango trees; Works in the production of four bands of own music "trying to give back what learned"; And steals space to burn a new disk that already has composite]
