Luís Simões is a Portuguese musician, a multi-instrumentalist, producer and a composer, was the guitarist and vocalist for the metal band Shrine from '90 to '96, joined the electro world music fusion group Blasted Mechanism around 2005, where he was known as Zymon for the recording of "Avatara" and continued with them until 2018, when they parted ways due to musical differences, and he has maintained his psychedelic project Saturnia since 1996.
