The EP draws influences from numerous sources: The most direct influences, where it takes its shape and form from, lies somewhere between turn of the millenium electronica on one side, anything from Aphex Twin to Dopplereffekt for the sound, and serial classical music for the layering and repetition, ranging from the works of Ravel to those of Philip Glass. There are plenty other, more subtle, sometimes maybe even subconscious, influences that reach much further afield, from the faraway atmospheres of World music all the way to the distorted sounds of experimental noise and death metal.
