M. Awal "Bani" Purbani (? – 22 December 2018) was an Indonesian Bass player who was also the part of the Indonesian pop band Seventeen from 1999 to 2018. He is speculated to have died on 22 December 2018 during the 2018 Sunda Strait tsunami as the band was performing onstage when it hit.
