MIKROBI.T Live are six hands, 37 keys, one baritone sax, moog, sythesizer, guitar and acoustic drums – all multiplicated and de-constructed in real time. Is it possible to incorporate influences like Jon Hopkins and Moderat on one hand with Mats Gustafsson's sax and live hypnotic The Knife-wise beats on the other? Seems that it is. Musicians known before from other Polish projects got together to blend electronic sounds with live instruments that resulted in a pretty innovative instrumental album called „Binary Beats” released March 21st 2014. Their music is full of deep bass, vibrating with beat but not deprived of a human factor.... it's live and close, cool and very organic in the same time, electro-improvised.
