Album UK 2001 on Artists Against Success label
Pop
Given the chance to choose, or pick, between despairing of life and taking delight in it I'll take the latter, because it makes me happy. Produced by Kev Reverb at Memphis Studios, Leicester. All songs written by MJ Hibbett and arranged by The Validators, who are Rob Fleay, Tom McClure, Emma Pattison and Tim Pattison. Also featuring Neil Brown (synth, track 5), Oliver Wright (bass, track 8) and the vocal stylings of The Durham Ox Singers (track 8). Many thanks to John Jervis for allowing us to use "Give Us A Kiss (for Christmas), which appears on the album "50,000,000 Elves Fans Can't Be Wrong" (out now on WIAIWYA and Stereorrific) and to Mr. Whitaker, obviously. The title of the EP was Rob's idea, so well done Rob. Oh, and "Easily Impressed" should be out in 2002 on the album "This Is Not A Library", if we ever get round to finishing it. Merry Christmas!
