A.k.a. Marco Morelli
MXM is a Berlin-based project started in early 2014 by Marco Morelli. Always digging through records to get to the heart of his taste, the Italian artist has been constantly building his personal vision of music by researching through dark, noise, and experimental sounds, and was mostly influenced by 90’s post-industrial music scene. Since his first appearance, he’s been performing in many influential clubs in Berlin, while also touring in Italy, Poland, Spain, and Switzerland with sets characterised by markedly Techno, Wave, EBM, and Electro sounds. Since the beginning of 2016 he’s been involved with the Οἶδα project, supporting artists such as Ugandan Methods, Phase Fatale, and Talker in his hometown, Rome. Later the same year he also became DJ resident for Liber Null Berlin: the crew/party that currently allows him to best expresses his taste and artistic figure. His first issued work has been a contribution to the V.A. "Filth" tape (homonymous release, for the party-series collaboration between Liber Null and Total Black).
