UK born artist from Ipswich, England, Mydas Murray moved to Hong Kong and later Shanghai and has been based in Asia for a number of years. The Release 'The 5th Floor' includes six tracks and shows off a wide selection of styles within a short number of songs. It has most of its production handled by 'Joe Nights' which is Mydas Murray's first cousin. Mydas Murray does some production work as shown on 'The Reason' and 'Just Landed'. The project 'The 5th Floor' is Mydas Murray's only official release to date following a mixtape style release called 'The Shockumentary' which features a guest verse from 'A-Butta' of Natural Elements. Mydas Murray is signed to his own imprint 'Operating Heavy Music' and there are long hiatuses between projects and singles.
