WRS 31003 is stereo and WR 1003 is mono. The WR 1003 number is also shown on the stereo release. The labels do not show the stereo number at all, Wrangler probably only pressed mono labels. The dead wax gives WRS 31003 though, so you can tell whether the LP you have is mono or stereo - other than that, it's hard to tell because orally, the stereo version seems to be mono as well... The front cover gives the number as WS 31003, which is a typo.
