Mail Holly’s Junk was an American rock band from Southern California, active in the late 1990s through early 2000s. Founding members Thomas Kraus and Sean Allen began playing together after attending Moorpark High School in Ventura County, California. Shortly thereafter, they were joined by bassist Jason Konysky, who had played with Thomas in a prior group. Their music was greatly influenced by the heavy riffs mixed with melodic tones of the band Hum, as well as the Grunge aesthetic popularized by bands like Nirvana and Foo Fighters. With the addition of lead singer Mark Seastrom the band began playing local shows under the names “28 Days” and “Skapegoat” until finally re-christening themselves as “Mail Holly’s Junk”. After amassing a small local following from their live shows, the band self-financed its debut album eventually titled "...Divided We Fall". Mail Holly’s Junk split up shortly before officially releasing their album in 2002. The album did not see a physical release, but as of April 2017 has been made available worldwide for digital download and streaming on the Internet on the DistroKid label.
