(Mérida, Yucatán October 30, 1909 - October 5, 1977) Composer. In 1928 he graduated as a normal teacher. As a columnist he collaborated with local newspapers and as an announcer on several Mérida radio stations. He is the author of the lyrics of "El Pájaro Azul" and "Aquél Pájaro Azul" that Pepe Domínguez musicalized.
